Payment

Payment term is net cash unless credit term approved. Payment can be made by check or credit card for domestic orders withtin the United States with a convenient fee of 3% for credit card payment. All buyers outside of the United States must wire transfer payment to ANIX Valve USA before shipment.

Shipping

All Domectic orders with in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after receipt of order. All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground, USPS, motor freight or ocean freight at the expense and discretion of buyers. 

Return Policy

This return policy is only applicable to standard off-the-shelf Standard materials under ANIX brand.

Returns will NOT be accepted for Made-to-order, OEM, Private labeled  or customized items/materials except under the warranty's term and condition.  

Returns will be accepted for exchange or replacement of defective materials subject to the term and conditions of the warranty. We will also accept return for materials wrongly shipped by mistake without restocking fee and we will provide return shipping label for such return caused by our error.  

There will be restocking fee for wrong material ordered returns or any other reasons of return. All material must be properly packaged, must be sent back complete and unused. The shipping cost of such return is the responsibility of the customer and it is subject to the following conditions:

• All materials must be properly packaged, must be sent back complete and unused or have not been installed and are in resalable condition.
• Materials returned within the first 30 days from date of purchase will be credited at your purchase price and are subject to 20% restocking fee.
• Parts returned 30-60 days from date of purchase are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
• No returns will be accepted on parts after 60 days from date of purchase.
• Returns should be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
• Do not ship to us collect. If you do, that cost will be deducted from your credit.
• Accounts with average returns higher than industry standard may be subject to an additional restocking fee. This will be assessed on an individual basis.
• Return and Shipping cost will be prepaid by the customers.

Warranty 

The product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Any piece found to be defective under normal use and care will be repaired or replaced at no charge within 12 months from the date of purchase. Return and Shipping cost will be prepaid by the customers.
