Our 2 PC Stainless Steel Full Port 1000 PSI Direct Mount Ball Valve offers superior performance and durability for demanding applications. Available in sizes from 1/4" to 2-1/2" with PTFE seats and 3" to 4" with R-PTFE seats, this valve features investment cast stainless steel construction, a full port design, and NPT threaded end connections (ANSI B1.20). It supports a working pressure of up to 1000 PSI, making it ideal for water, oil, or gas applications. The PTFE seats withstand constant temperatures from -20°F to 302°F (with peaks up to 360°F), while R-PTFE seats handle -20°F to 356°F (with peaks from -50°F to 450°F). With a blow-out-proof stem design and compliance with ASME B16.34 and API 598 standards, this valve ensures reliability and safety for a wide range of industrial uses.
